Shipping

 

Once you’ve placed an order with Mad Engine, your item(s) must first be printed before it can be shipped. We have developed a sophisticated system that allows us to print and process your order on demand, which can take between two and five business days (up to seven days during peak holiday times). Once your item has been printed, it will be shipped to you.

 

All Mad Engine orders over $30 include ground shipping. Orders generally arrive within five days of being shipped

 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Returns

 

As all Mad Engine products are made to order, it is important to ensure proper fit before making a purchase. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for fit information.

 

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, Mad Engine will accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To initiate a return, send an email to costconext@madengine.com. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and in new condition. 

 

Refunds generally take five business days to be processed after we receive the returned item(s). Once we issue your refund, it may take your bank up to five business days to complete the transaction.
